When we return to school, it will be vitally important that we do all in our power, as a whole school community, to keep our pupils, our staff and our respective families safe and free from the potential threat of Coronavirus. We will have a range of safety precautions in place in school, but these will only be effective if all parents work in partnership with us. The reality is, that if we have even a small number of cases of Covid-19 within our school community, we may be forced to close the school for up to 14 days, which none of us want!
Therefore, we are all mutually responsible for each other's safety and we are asking all parents, of both Naíscoil & Gaelscoil, to read and agree to the practices and procedures enclosed in the attached 'Parental Partnership Declaration', so that we can all work together to keep everyone in our school community safe.
We will have to make some changes to our daily routine and things will be somewhat different for a while. However, what won't change is our commitment to providing a happy, safe, secure learning environment for all our pupils. And although we won't be able to welcome parents into the school building in the same way as before, we pledge that we will be there to support you and your child in the transition back to school.
